KV Electronics Flyback Transformers (also known as line output transformers or LOPT) are engineered for Switch-Mode Power Supplies requiring isolated DC-DC or AC-DC conversion. Built on high-performance ferrite cores — EE, EFD, ETD, and PQ shapes — they deliver excellent energy storage density and wide input voltage range operation.
Our flyback transformers feature multiple output winding options, making them ideal for multi-rail power supplies in consumer electronics, industrial control, EV chargers, and lighting ballasts. Each unit is designed with optimal gap geometry to maintain saturation margins and minimize EMI.
